While we do believe that a perfect oyster needs no accoutrements to be enjoyed, sometimes nothing beats a cold oyster topped with a splash of mignonette. We’ve gathered three of our favorite mignonette recipes that are easy to whip up in a pinch and pair perfectly with our oysters.

Hello oyster lovers! Did we ever think our oyster farm would have a blog? Not really, but here we are, making our first blog post. There have been many changes brewing within 401 Oyster Company over the past 6 months or so, and we’re very excited to share them with you.

Being able to get our oysters to folks in other states who crave a fresh, delicious oyster is a gamechanger for the business. We’re proud to be one of few Rhode Island oyster farms offering online shellfish orders!
